לאחר רכישה של חומרה חדשה לוח אם אסרוק Z68 Extreme4

מעבד I7 2600K ולאחר התקנת מערכת הפעלה WIN 7 אני כל הזמן מקבל קריסות ומסך כחולבבדיקה בתוכנת WinDbgשהקריסה נגרמת עכב בעיית NTOSKRNL.EXE

אודה לכם על פיתרון לבעיה התופעה מתחילה להיתגבר וזה מגיעה למסך כחול פעמיים ביום

לאן נעלמו כל המומחים ומנהלי פורום WIN

נראה שהתקלתי אתכם קשה ;D

הכל אתה מספק רק לא מה שגיאה שיש במסך כחול.

מה כל כך מפתיע אותך להפעיל תוכנה ולקרא את הכתוב זה שונה מלדעת את המונחים

כניראה שאצלך הכול טרוויאלי

טוב אבל מה זה משנה? בשביל מה להתווכח? תיגש לתיקיה C:\Windows\Minidump ותעלה את הקובץ האחרון.

בנוסף ביצעתי דיבאג דרך תוכנת הסמלים שהורדתי והתוצעה שונה

נראה לי שהתוכנת הסמלים אינה מתאימה למערכת הפעלה שלי.

כי אני מקבל הודעה שתוכנת הסמלים שגוייה למרות שהורדתי כמה וכמה ורסיות לתוכנה

בכל אופן הינה התוצעה

לחץ על התחל>> הפעלה>> Minidump>> שים את כל הקבצים בתוך תיקיית RAR, העלה לשרת כלשהו והבא קישור הורדה.

כל סכויים שזה בגלל דרייבר דפוק אבל בדאמפ אין זהוי שלו.

לעדכן חלונות ולעדכן כל הדריברים שישב מחשב.
