ודא שהקובץ גם שמור כ-UTF8 (פתח אותו ב-Notepad, לחץ על File > Save As ובחלון שנפתח ודא שב-Encoding מסומן UTF8).

כן שמרתי אותו ב UTF-8 ושום כלום

ותוודא שאתה משתמש בפונטים שתומכים בעברית.

אני משתמש ב ariel , יכול להיות זה משהו שקשור לפלאש ?

לצערנו פלאש לא יודע עברית ובכלל rtl
