יש לי NORTON 2010 , ויש קבצים שהוא רואה אותם כלא בטוחים (הם אינם וירוס) ומעביר אותם ל quarantined

השאלה היא: איך אני מסמן בנורטון קובץ כבטוח כדי שלא יחשב כאיום וימחק?

(ניסיתי לשחזר מ quarantined , הקובץ משוחזר ומייד נמחק שוב)

    דרך אגב מצאתי קובץ חלופי שעושה את אותה עבודה ולא מהווה איום, אז העדפתי למחוק את הקובץ "החשוד" במקום לסמן אותו מחוץ לסריקה

    אבל את העיקרון אני הבנתי...
