איך אני יכול לעשות שזה יגיע למצב שיישלח לי אות או מספר מסויים לפין מ SERIAL PORT.

סתם דוגמא נגיד יש לי מעגל שמדליק ומכבה לד

אז אני רוצה שדרך המחשב אני ישלח למשל את המילה "ON" לפין מסויים ב SERIAL PORT וזה ידליק לי את הלד במעגל. (ולהפך)
