לא מצליח להפעיל TASK MANAGER ! עזרה !

יש לי שתי צרות כרגע.

האחת - אני לא יכול להפעיל את "מנהל המשימות" גם שאני לוחץ קליק ימני על הTASK BAR אז הוא מסומן באפור.

השנייה הWINDOWS מתריע לי ש"שירות מערכת האבטחה" שלי לא עובד וכשאני לוחץ הפעל הוא לא מפעיל.

יש לי NAV פעיל ומעודכן.

וגם בProccess Explorer אני לא יכול לעשות SHUT לדברים זה גם מסומן אפור.
