הם אמינים?

היי, אני מכיר אישית את המנהל של האתר. קניתי ממנו די הרבה משחקים. הוא אף פעם לא גונב. וכל הסידי שהוא מוכר הם אוריגינליים, ואתה מקבל אותם בצורת תמונה אוטומתי (חלק מהמשחקים ידני תוך 6 שעות).

הוא ביקש שאני אומר לכם שזה אתר אמין.. ונכון. אי אפשר לשלם שם עם פייפל. רק עם גוגל צ'קאוט ואם אני לא טועה אפשר גם אם אשראי.

ואם הוא לא שולח תוך 6 שעות אז הוא לא בבית

הא, שיערתי שאפשר עם PP. אם אי אפשר אז לא משנה, אפשר לנעול את הנושא.

עוד לא הבנתי מה הקשר שיש לו עמוד בפייסבוק לאמינות שלו

חיפוש בגוגל על האתר יעלה מספר תלונות עליו.

סליחה על ההקפצה, אבל אני חייב לשתף אותכם במקרה שלי.

קניתי מהאתר הזה מספר משחקים, ואחד מהם קיבל באן במשתמש הEA DM שלי.

ניסיתי מספר פעמים ליצור קשר עם האתר, אך או שלא קיבלתי תגובות בכלל, או שהם טענו ש "לא יכול להיות שהמפתחות שלנו גנובים". כשהצגתי לפניהם את שיחת הצאט שלי עם נציג תמיכה טכנית של EA, הם לא הגיבו עד היום.

כשרשמתי ביקורת שלילית על האתר היום, הם הגיבו בטענה שאני בעל חנות מתחרה

I would like to know if you recieved my email 3 months ago, 10.2.11. The Bad Company 2 cd key I have purchased from your store, and activated one year ago, dissapeared from my account. I have contacted EA support, and they have claimed that the purchased product was stolen. I have a log of the chat with ea costumer support (text or picture)

As a customer who bought many games before and today from your store, and intendet to continue purchase in the furure, I would be happy to get any help from you about this issue. Thanks!

Hi, I don't get how a key can be 'stolen'. You mean someone stole it from your account? It's not possible because keys are permanently binded to accounts.

I have redeemed the key in the EA Downloader. Played the game few months, then it dissapeared from EA Downloader (my account) game list. I have contacted the costumer support, and asked why. (I have pretended that I bought the game from retail store)
