במנהל ההתקנים, הכרטיס קול מופיע תחת התקנים אחרים בסימן שאלה צהוב, כשהוא קרוי "Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus".

ניסיתי להפוך אותו ללא זמין ואז לזמין, התקנתי את הדרייבר שנמצא בהורדות של לוח האם שלי באתר של ASUS, התקנתי עוד 101 דרייברים אחרים שחשבתי שיתאימו, ושום דבר לא פועל.

ניסיתי גם למחוק את הדרייבר של הכ.מסך, ואז להתקין את הדרייבר של כ.הקול אבל גם זה לא עובד.

אין לי יותר רעיונות, יש למישהו כמה להביא לי?
