יש ברשותי המפרט:

היה לי קפיצה בחשמל שבגללה הדיסק קשיח התקקלקל והוחלף באחריות, אחרי שקיבלתי את הדיסק קשיח החדש ניסיתי להתקין את ה-WIN 7 והוא נתקע באמצע ההתקנה כל פעם שניסיתי, בנוסף ניסיתי לחבר דיסק קשיח אחר שכבר מותקן עליו WIN וברכע שהוא מגיע למסך של ה-WIN (הראשון כשהמחשב עולה, לא שהוא ממש נכנס ל-WIN), ניסיתי להחליף ספק,זכרונות וכרטיס מסך וזה לא שינה כלום.
