שלום,

יש לי בעיה מוזרה, רכשתי מחשב חדש לפני כחודש ובכל פעם כמעט שאני צופה בסרט HD, בנגן, ביוטיוב וכו'

המסך משחיר, לאחר כמה שניות אני רואה רק את סרגל החלונות למטה, העכבר תקוע ואין אפשרות לעשות כלום!

לפי מעבדת המחשבים, נאמר לי שכרטיס המסך תקין,

האם יכול להיות שזה רכיב אחר? אולי חלונות 7 הוא הבעיה?

יש דרך לבדוק זאת?

אני מיואש וזקוק לעזרה!
