    make זו תוכנה ב unix ואתה כנראה מנסה להריץ eclipse מחלונות אז מה שאתה יכול לנסות זה להתקין minigw שזו חבילת תוכנות שכוללת גם את make לחלונות, עוד שיטה זה להריץ את eclipse מ לינוקס שהיא דמוית unix כמו ubuntu
