קניתי hd של wd 500g עם חיבור sata.

אני מנסה לחבר , אני רואה את הhd בניהול כוננים (קליק ימני על מחשב שלי, manage, devise manager,disk drives)

הבעיה היא, שאני רוצה להכנס לתוכן של הhd אני לא מצליח, , הכונן לא מופיע לי בmy computer ליד כונן c.

ניסיתי לחבר את הhd לחיבור sata שונה בלוח אם.

ניסיתי לעדכן את הגרסה של הhd, אך לשווא.

ביצעתי uninstall ואז install -גם לא עזר.

מה אתם ממליצים לי לעשות?
