Yes, You will be able to play online (if applicable) with the cd-key

Is the manual comes in English ?

Some of them do come in English and some of them don't.

What is the different between "ONLY CD" shipping and "Original boxed shipping" ?

For ONLY CD shipping, you will get the game in sealed cd or case and unused cd-key.

Basically you won't the cartboard box with your purchase.

- For Original boxed, You will get the game in its original sealed condition.

If I want to buy only the cd-key without paying for the shipping can I do that?

Can I claim for refund if I don't like the product?

No, Refund will only be provided for faulty product.

משחק נראה טוב אבל יש בו הרבה דברים שאני שונא [כמו התזוזה הזאת שהגוף העליון של האדם נשאר אותו דבר והרגליים זזות לכיוון אחר לדוגמא]

וזה נראה כאילו הוא "מחליק" על הרצפה יותר מאשר רץ יש אותו דבר אגב בfallout 3 במצב של 3rd person
