יש לי כונן DVD של NEC במחשב הישן (המחשב ישן, הכונן יחסית חדש). בעבר הצלחתי לקרוא/לצרוב ממנו דיסקים בלי בעיה מסויימת, אבל לפני כמה ימים אני מנסה לצרוב דיסק DVD ולא מצליח. אני גם לא מצליח לקרוא דיסקים אחרים שהכונן עצמו צרב, אבל CD אני כן יכול לצרוב. בMy Computer אני רואה את הכונן ככונן CD. הרצת דיסק ניקוי לא עזרה. מה אני יכול לעשות כדי לתקן את זה?

    נסה למחוק את הדרייברים שלו ב-DEVICE MANAGER, לכבות את המחשב, לנתק את הצורב ולחבר בחזרה. ואז להעלות את ההחלונות ולתת למערכת הפעלה לזהות את הצורב ולהתקין את הדרייברים שלו.
