    תלחץ לחיצה ימנית על my computer ואז => manage

    עכשיו בצד שמאל תחת storage יש לך disk management

    עכשיו שם אמור להופיע הדיסק, תלחץ עליו לחיצה ימנית ואז בחר באופציה Format ותעשה לו אתחול
