שלום, יש לי כונן חיצוני wd mybook 320gb. כשאני מנסה להכנס אליו דרך "המחשב שלי" כשאני לוחץ דאבל קליק על האייקון שלו הוא מעלה לי כאילו זה קובץ שהוא לא יודע איך לפתוח אותו ומבקש ממני לבחור תוכנה להעלות איתה. אני יכול להכנס לכונן דרך החלונית שבמעלה החלון "המחשב שלי" אבל לא דרך דאבל קליק.

בהתחלה הכונן פעל טוב ולפתע הופיעה הבעיה הזאת. החלפתי גם מחשב השבוע וגם במחשב החדש נוצרת אותה הבעיה.
