computer screen is showing hiccuping/blank image

hey everybody.

since today's morning my computer screen showed blank image even though windows was uploaded as normal.

after a few tries it showed the image correctly for a few moments and then it started to hiccup that much i cant use it. and then a blank image again.

i think the problem is in the graphic card and not the screen itself but im not sure. what is the problem, what caused it. how can i fix and and how can i make sure the problem wont come back later?

(im using my bro' comp which hebrew isnt installed in, but i can still read in hebrew.)

    Chrome (Android)

    3. Adjust your preference.
