מחשב הקוואד שלי פועל לאיטו והCPU לא עולה כמעט אף פעם מעל 10%

הי, יש לי מחשב שאמור להיות תותח, ואחרי תקופה ארוכה שהוא איטי התקנתי ויסטה מחדש, ועדיין הוא איטי, הוא לא עולה מעל 10% אפילו בפתיחה של RAR או בעבודה עם תוכנת עריכת וידאו. לכן אני מעריך שיש בעית חומרה, או הגדרות ביוס לא נכונות או ...ביצעתי BELARC כדי שאוכל להראות לכם את כל הפרטים. אשמח לעזרה ועצות ואפילו לשלם עבור עזרה שתוציא אותי מהאטיות הזו.

הגדרתי בביוס את הזכרון 800 מגהרץ. שמתי לב שכתוב שהוא עובד עם מכפיל 9. והזכרונות מוגדרים 4 5 4 15 (מקווה שבמקומות הנכונים בביוס - בראשונים מלמעלה)
