כשאני רואה קבצי וידאו (לא משנה באיזה תוכנה: מדיה פלייר, מדיה סנטר,

VLC) הוידאו נתקע וגם המחשב וחייבים לנתק אותו מהחשמל ולהדליק מחדש כדי להחזיר אותו. אני לא יודע להגדיר מתי בדיוק זה קורה, זה לא קורה כל פעם שאני רואה וידאו.

וכשאני מעלה את המחשב אחרי שזה קורה,

הוא אומר שהמחשב לא נכבה כמו שצריך כנראה כתוצאה של זה שהוא לא הגיב או נתקע

ואז הוא אומר שאני יכול להיכנס לסייף מווד כדי להחלים... מה לעשות?
