Vista doesnt load after plugging in a new screen.

Hey guys, I bought a new dell e248wfp. and I have a problem, my windows vista(64 ultimate) refuses to boot.

Im using the built in express gate feature in my mobo to access the net (thank god for that feature)

anyways, anytime i try to load vista either on safe mode or normal, i see my mouse pointer on a black background for a bout a min and the pc restarts itself.

i cant install the display drivers that came with the cd becuase i cant load vista, any suggestions on how to fix this?

ps, the old display does the same thing as well.
