רציתי לקנות מחשב נייד והבנאדם אמר לי שאין לו חשבונית אבל שהמרכז שירות של IBM מכבד את האחריות גם ללא הצגת חשבונית (לפי מס' סידורי וכו'), האם זה נכון?
