שלום,

לפעמים כאשר אני מעתיק קבצים ל- DOK תהליך ההעתקה נפסק באמצע, מופיעה ההודעה:

cannot copy _______: cannot find the specified file

Make sure you specify the correct path and file name

והאייקון של ה- DOK נעלם מה- My Computer.

בכל פעם שתקלה זו מתרחשת אני שולף את ה- DOK מה- USB ומכניס אותו בחזרה על מנת שיופיע האייקון שלו.

תקלה זו מתרחשת עם DOK זה במספר מחשבים שונים לכן התקלה נוסעת בוודאות כתוצאה מה- DOK עצמו.

מכיוון שהתקלה לא מתרחשת בכל פעם שמתבצעת העתקת קבצים ל- DOK המסקנה היא שישנם תאי זיכרון פגומים.

האם ישנה תוכנה אשר מבצעת סריקה של כל תאי הזיכרון ?
