משהו יודע כמה דציבל הוא יוצר כאשר נמצא על מהירות 40% ?

באיזה אתר ראיתי שבמנוחה (שאני לא יודע כמה זה יוצא באחוזים ) עושה משהו כמו 45DBA ובטעינה קצת יותר, שזה יוצר 2 דברם לא הגיונים:

1. אצלי ב 40% הרעש שלו לא עולה על רעש המעבד (יש לי 5 מאווררי 120 כל אחד 21DBA. ד"א רעש של כמה מאווררים מצתבר ליותר רעש ?)

2. גם אם זה נכון, לא יכול להיות שבטעינה זה גודל כולה בכמה דציבלים, כי כשאני סם אותו על 80-100% ממש שומעים אותו (כמו מכונה).

חוץ מזה במצב בקרה אוטו' המהירות שלו לא משתנת ? זאת בעיה בכל ה 8800GTS ?
