אני רוצה להגביל את מהירות הupload שלי בכמה תוכנות, ומביניהם בסקייפ.

יש לי נתב אלחוטי asus am 604g, אני יכול להגביל מהירות upload לתוכנות שרצות לי על המחשב בעזרת הנתב ?

אם אי אפשר עם הנתב, אז תמליצו לי על תוכנה שעושה את העבודה, כבר ניסיתי את netlimiter, אבל היא לא ממש מגבילה בדיוק כמו שאני מציין ועושה בעיות.
