    אתה מתכוון בטופס?

    אם כן אז פשוט תיצור label עם הטקסט שאתה רוצה, תמרכז אותו על הטופס ב designer (ב VS 2005 יש לך בתפריט Format > Center in Form > Horizontally) ותדאג שהמאפיין Anchor שלו מוגדר רק כ Top (בלי Left). ככה הוא ישאר תמיד במרכז לא משנה מה גודל הטופס.
