אני מנסה להתקין XP על מחשב שמקונפג עם SATA AHCI (ולא, אין לי כוונה לשנות את ההגדרה לLEGACY)

הכנתי דיסקט עם הDRIVERS של INTEL לAHCI שמתאים ל ICH8R שהוא הצ'יפסט שיש לי

ואני מתקין אותו בעזרת F6 בזמן התקנת הXP

בכל זאת הXP לא מזהה דיסקים (יש לי שם 3 דיסקים, שלושתם עובדים באותו SETUP תחת LINUX)

(ניסיתי גם עם SLIPSTREAM אבל כנראה שלא הכנתי אותו כמו שצריך, ימח שמם MICROSOFT שחייבים לעשות דברים בסיסיים כל כך מסובכים)

אם יש רעיונות "מקצועיים" אשמח לשמוע

כרגע הכיוון שלי - שלא רציתי להגיע איליו, הוא להתקין VISTA [צמרמורת]
