היי חברה..

אני פשוט רוצה לברר.. יש לי זיכרון של TWINMOS PC2-6400 DDR2 800MHZ.

בדקתי כמה דברים מCPU-Z וPC WIZARD מראה שהמהירות לא 800 אלה 400.

אולי חשבתי שהעיניין הוא שDDR2 שווה ל400X2 שזה כל DDR עובד במהירות של 400 >>

וכך זה יוצא DDR2 800MHZ ???

מישהו יכול לעזור לי להבין את זה?

Everything seems right with your memory.

Here is the explanation:

Clock: DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 memories are labeled with double their real clock rate. DDR2-800 memories run in fact at 400 MHz transferring two data per clock cycle. You memory is running at 399 MHz, so it is running at the right speed. BTW. I suggest you to run CPU-Z and click on its Memory tab to double check this.

Timings: Your memory is labeled as 4-4-4-12 timings and the program you used says that it has 4-4-4-13 timings. Again, I suggest you to run CPU-Z and click on its Memory tab to double check this. To correct this slight difference you can enter the motherboard setup and look for an option like "memory timings" or similar, change from "auto" to "manual" and enter your memory timings.
