hi ,i am a new player to oblivion i did one quest in town

that got me few items now they have red hand over them

and i cant sell them

now i am guessing that this stole items and i need to go some where to sell them

where can i sell them or should i just drop them ?:)

i all so like to ask about enchant weapon use or chargs

i find one and his power run out i tryed in magic and spell shops but cant find how to recharg it

...?

well hope one of u can help me thx:)
