אני מפרמט את מחשב (עד אחרי ה-BOOT ) ולאחר שזה מסיים (לאחר הפס האדום שעושה ריסטרט) זה מגיע לחלון של הXP (זה שבו הקו עובר, לפני מסך ה"ברוך הבא") ושם זה נתקע.

מה יכולה להיות הסיבה לזה שהקו ניתקע ולא ממשיך (גם עם אני עושה ריסטרט) בבקשה תעזרו לי דחוף בבקשה?????!!!!!!
