הורדתי search engine קטן ונחמד שעשוי בphp

החיפוש עובד רק דבר אחד .. העברית יוצאת הפוכה לגמרי .. בעיה ראשונה : הדף מתחיל מצד שמאל ובעיה שניה: כל השורה העברית הפוכה

כשהעברתי את ה encoding של ה explorer לWindows (Hebrew אז זה הסתדר עם העברית

העניין זה שלא מתאים לי שאנשים יתחילו לשחק עם הencoding

בhtml אני יודע איך לשחק : <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1255">

העניין זה שבphp אין לי שמץ :)
