רציתי לדעת מדוע בכל oc צריך לנעול את pci ו pci e מה ההשפעה של זה עם זה נעול או לא?

למה כבר במפעל לא נעלו אותו?

בלי קשר ל oc למה הוא פתוח ולא נעול.
