You can change it in your BIOS....BUT if you do not know how to do it, don't mess with it you can end up doing more harm than good. Now I had that problem when C3 came out, I had bought a new video card and my computer had an on board video card in it. What you have to do is go to

Right Click My Computer->Properties

Go to the hardware tab and click device manager.

Once that window opens usually there is a "System Devices" drop down menu, click the + next to it, somewhere in there you will find one for your on board card. You actually have to update that as well for your computer to recognize that it is now AGP enabled.
