שניהם משתמשים בצ'יפ סט שונה.

לפי המפרט נטו האסוס עדיף בגלל הפיטצ'רים, יותר יציאות וחיבורים אך השאלה מה עדיף ל OC? כי יציאת IEEE1394a אני לא צריך וגם SATA חיצוני לא צריך.
