המחשב חושב שהI-RAM הוא SATA .

ואם מותקן עליו הווינדוס אז גם כנראה כל האפליקציות של הווינדוס יפעלו מהר.

אני מניח שפותח התרד יש לו כיוון כללי. וגם אני מקווה שיש לך כבר כרטיס גרפי או כמה שאתה מתלבט בינהם.

המצב כרגע שכל אחד מנסה להרכיב את המחשב הכי מטורף שהוא יכול ואני לא מאמין שזה יעזור לך הרבה.

תפרט כמה זיכרון אתה צריך איזה מעבד איזה כרטיס גרפי אתה צריך (או מתלבט) ואז אתה תקבל מפרטים יותר בכיוון שלך.

Hello dear sir - first of all, my name is Adam and I have moved to Canada to work in 3D in Montreal so I might understand your situation a bit better then all the overclockers and gamers around here. Maybe. I never check this site out and was referred here to your thread by a friend. My advice would be to do a 180 degrees turn and buy several less-strong computers that will render faster than just one. you could setup a nice little render farm with that budget, and it is a crime pure and simple to spend it on one enormous piece of overpriced silicone. I would even rethink the graphics card - until Nvidia makes Gelatto perfect, your concern should be the CPUs for rendering time...so I would go for maximum cpus minimum bullshit. Buy at least one decent screen...now I work mostly with XSI which has a much cleaner interface but I started using 3DMAX which is hell -more and more menus for each function- so for my setup I have the DELL 2405 which is a fantastic screen -24 inches, 1920 res-, and I would heartly reccomend it for graphics use. However if your bosses are too close-minded "we wanted one computer not a farm" nevermind that you spend the same amount of money...well, you have a solution for that too with something like the BOXX machines that set up everything perfectly for you with 8 or 16 proccessor cores. You'll end up rendering WAY WAY -8 to 16- times better than with the gaming rig people here recommended. I don't know if you can afford the APEX8 but the APEX4 might be in your price range. For closing, if you decide to build your own rig or rigs - go with as many CPUS as you can - graphics card is secondary...get a decent one, but not a top-of-the-line gaming one. Actually now I checked their site again I would kill for a BOXX station, though I think the APEX8 (with the 16 processors) is 25,000 dollars...the APEX4 might be more in your direction.
