    כי אני יודע שב Windows XP מיקרוסופט הוסיפה את הפקודה shutdown שמאפשרת עם העברת הפרמטר -r לאתחל את המחשב:

    shutdown -r

    מצאתי בגוגל אתר עם הפקודות עבור מערכות הפעלה אחרות (כדוגמת Win 98):
