(שוב אני מדגיש,יש לי קספרסקי כאנטי-וירוס,בנורטון אני משתמש רק לשם speed disk optimise )

אז תראו....

כשאני מפעיל את הnorton systemwork וזה מבקש לעשות active אני בא ללחוץ next אבל המסך תקוע ....

זה מאוד מוזר ...הוא ישר תקוע ואני רק רואה חלון שצריך ללחוץ next אבל אני לא יכול זה מראה את הסמן כשעון חול...(שצריך לחכות קצת כשזה טוען)

אבל לא הגיוני שזה טוען שעההההה.....זה תקוע .

מה עושים? (וניסיתי להתקין מחדש לא עזר)
