    תחזיק צמוד את שני הקונקטורים באותו הכוון - כלומר החוט אליך המגעים רחוקים ממך המגרעת של הקונרטור כלפי מטה)

    ותסתכל על הצבעים של החוטים. אם הם באותו סדר בשני הקונקטורים - זה כבל ישר.

    אם אתה רואה הפיכה בין הצבעים בין הפינים - אז זה כבל מוצלב.
