עד היום כל פעם שהייתי צריך להחליף IP הייתי עושה ריסט למודם (אלקטל ספידטאצ משודרג לפרו) אבל זה ממש לא נוח.

יש דרך לעשות את זה בלי ריסט ובלי להתנתק מהאינטרנט ?

    לפי הבנתי נראה לי שלא.

    המודם מקים לינק וירטואלי (tunneling) מול שרת אצל הספק המקושר לכתובת IP מסויימת שהוא מקבל בחיבור הראשוני.

    אם תשנה כתובת אצלך במודם, השרת אצל ספק האינטרנט לא יהיה מעודכן ולכן הלינק הוירטואלי פשוט לא יעבוד.

    כשאתה מקים קשר אז הכתובות מתעדכנות והלינק החדש מוקם לפי הכתובת המעודכנת.
