    שלום,

    על מנת להחזיר את סרגל הכלים של השפה כנס לcontrol panel

    שם ל regional and language options ושם ללשונית language.

    בשלב הבא תלחץ על details ואז על language bar (למטה משמאל) ושם תמצא את האפשרויות להצגת הlaunguage bar.
