וכתוב פה שהמאוורר שלו יכול להגיע ל 3000 RPM אבל אצלי הוא מגיע במקסימום ל 1800RPM למה זה??

יכול ליהיות שזה בגלל שבחיבור שלו יש 4 חורים אבל בלוח אם שלי יש רק 3 פינים( אז זה לא מחובר בהכל)
