רציתי לדעת מה ההבדל בין SATA לבין SATA2, ואילו תכונות עיקריות צריכים לבדוק בדיסק לפני שקונים אותו?

    SATA 2 מהיר מבחינה תעבורתית (מבחינת רוחב הפס של התקשורת בין הדיסק ללוח אם) פי 2. בנוסף כל הSATA 2 תומכים בNCQ, ואילו רק חלק מהSATA הראשון.

    בכלליות, רוב הפרטים הטכניים זהים (החברות יישרו קו אחת עם השנייה), לכן אלו הדברים היורת קטנים שלא יהיו מצויינים על גבי האריזה, ולכן בדוק זאת בסקירה באינטרנט.
