    מה שאתה צריך זה לטעות את התמונה (אני מניח שהיא מקובץ) לתוך הקלאס System.Drawing.Bitmap (יש פונקציה סטאטית של הקלאס או קונסטרקטור, תבחר אתה...).

    ברגע שיש לך Bitmap אז יש לו מלא פונקציות כמו SetPixel או GetGraphics שמחזיר אובייקט מסוג Graphics שבו יש מלא פונקציות של ציור, שנותנות לך לצייר ולשנות את התמונה.

    אם מה שאתה רוצה זה יותר בתחום של העיבוד תמונה (לשנות נגיד brightness) אז תשתמש בפונקציות GetPixel ו SetPixel של הBitmap. עשיתי את זה כמה פעמים, זה נחמד.
