לפני כמה חודשים נתקלתי בתופעה ואיני זוכר איך הבעיה נפתרה.

אם אני זוכר נכון אז נתקלתי בשאלה דומה בשבוע האחרון היכן שהוא בפורומים ברחבי הרשת (בארץ).

בקיצור אני זקוק לפתרון מהיר של הבעיה, המחשב אינו לידי כך שהעזרה תהיה טלפונית.

הרבה פרטים לא אוכל לספק מלבד שהתופעה היא לא כתוצאה מהפעלת תוכנית כלשהי, אלא אקראית לחלוטין.

איתחול של המחשב לא עוזר, בדיקת וירוס אפשרי לא ניתן לבצע מפני שלא קיים אנטי וירוס.
