שלום רב

במחשבי היו מותקנות windows 98 ו windows 2000. ה- 2k שימשה רק לצריבה מכיוון של- 98 היו בעיות. לא יכולתי להשתמש ב-2000 כי המודם שלי לא עבד בה (ניסיתי ארבעה מודמים שונים). החלטתי לשדרג את ה-2k ל-xp. התחלתי להתקין ולאחר שהמחשב סיים "להכין את ההתקנה" (preapering installation), ה-XP התחיל לעלות ואז נתקע עם מסך כחול כלשהו. שאלתי היא כזו:

כיצד אפשר למחוק רק את ה-XP מהדיסק הקשיח כדי להתקין אותה מחדש בלי לפרמט את המחיצה (הנפרדת) שעליה היא מותקנת?
