לפי מה שהבנתי כל כתובת בזכרון מכילה 8 ביט שזה 1 byte ,האם ה 64 עובד מול 4 כתובות בו זמנית?

NO, each address in memory takes as much bits as the CPU it is working with, that is one of the reasons to

move to 64bit CPU, it is capable of working with more addresses than a 32bit CPU.

the limit of the memory in 32bit CPU is 4GB, the limit on a 64bit CPU is 16EB (Exabytes).

the compilier takes care of that, it converts the language in which you work with to machine language
