    הרי DDR= Double Data Rate כלומר, פעמיים SDRAM .....

    יש הבדל בין כמות הזיכרון והמהירות...

    וזה גם תלוי בצורך של המעבד לרוחב פס.

    לא.. הוא שאל מה יותר מהיר. Rate זה קצב, ולכן Double Data Rate זה מהירות כפולה. הגודל הוא אותו גודל, אבל המהירות כפולה, ולכן אין טעם לערוך על זה סקר.
