בביתי מותקנת תשתית רשת ביתית המבוססת על ראוטר ובה משתמשים 3 מחשבים.

מאז ומתמיד, בכל פעם שמישהו מבני הבית ניסה להפעיל את המסנג'ר, מיד לאחר מספר דקות כל תשתית האינטרנט בבית הייתה מתמוטטת והדרך היחידה להחזירה לעבודה הייתה סגירת המסנג'ר והמתנה של מספר דקות.
