I have a "Tech" Wireless mouse ,Not optical but does the job very good thanks to the radio waves that permit to control the mouse from pretty far distance.

Anyway to the MAIN question, Can the radio waves disrupt the computer or any other hardware device, or its friendly for all and there is no need to be scare ?

    No i think that the waves are too week to do anything to your comp and other hardware
