כשאני רושם (סלש a) אחרי הפקודה cout ושם את זה במרכאות , זה אמור כביכול לצפצף לי פעם אחת .. משום מה המחשב שלי לא מצפצף,

אם מישהו יודע את הסיבה או איך אני יכול לפתור אני ממש אשמח לקבל תשובה ..
