    הבעיה נפתרה

    הלכתי ל program control ועשיתי remove לקובץ exe

    הסרתי את התוכנה , התקנתי אותה מחדש ונתתי לה לבקש מחדש אישור ליציאה לרשת

    כנראה מה ש"בלבל" את firewall הוא הקובץ exe של הגרסה הישנה
