Problems updating NOD32

I installed NOD32 2.12.3 trial today since I wasn't pleased with NAV and it all seems fine except that I can't get the program to update the virus definitions, I get the following error:

27/10/2006 15:09:29 Update Error occurred while updating program modules (Cannot replace the current file.)

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue?
